About Me

I am a mental health counselor located in downtown Redmond, Washington and a former practicing neurologist. I received my medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, and practiced neurology for fourteen years prior to obtaining my Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Seattle University.

I have many years of experience seeing people in crisis, whether it be from a devastating medical diagnosis or overwhelming emotional problem.

This knowledge and experience from my years as a physician that I bring to my counseling practice help me understand what my clients are going through with great empathy, compassion, and depth.

I have received training in a number of psychotherapy techniques, and can adapt my approach to each individual client. I recognize that everyone is unique, and what works for one person might not work for another.
